What You Need to Know

If we don’t currently use a trash cart, will we have to? How do we get one? Will we have to pay for it?
There is no extra charge for a trash cart. If you would like one delivered, we are happy to provide it. Any changes to service requirements will be clearly communicated to customers.
Will my trash collection day change? If so, when?

It is possible that your service day may change. If any changes occur, they will be communicated in advance through multiple channels to ensure customers are informed.

How will billing be handled? Do I need to call to set up payment?
Current Bob’s customers will continue paying as they normally do. If any billing changes are necessary, they will be clearly communicated. No action is required at this time.
Will Frontier honor my current Bob’s pricing?
Yes. All current Bob’s customer rates will be migrated into our system. There are no rate changes at this time. Customers will continue calling the Bob’s main number during the transition.
My trash was not picked up. Who should I call? 
  • Current Bob’s customers should call Bob’s main number.
  • Existing Frontier customers should call Frontier directly.

 

Please note that Bob’s phone number will be migrated into the Frontier call center in the coming weeks to ensure a smooth transition.
